042-325 Main Drive Motor Rotation Error 參考 BSD: CH4.1 檢測(cè)到 Main Drive Motor 的旋轉(zhuǎn)不良。監(jiān)測(cè)在 Main Drive Motor 操作開(kāi)始后經(jīng)過(guò)規(guī)定時(shí)間間 隔 Motor Drive 輸出的 Lock Up (Main Drive Motor Fail) 信號(hào)，連續(xù) 5 次發(fā)生故障。 步驟 進(jìn)入 CE Mode，將 Output Check[042-001] (Main Drive Motor) 設(shè)為 On。 Main Drive Motor 是否旋轉(zhuǎn)？ Y N Main Drive Motor 是否旋轉(zhuǎn)？ Y N 檢查 Main Drive Motor 的電源線 (+24VDC、 +5VDC)。 Main Drive Motor 的電源是否正 常？ Y N Main Drive Motor 的電源是否正 常？ Y N 檢查到 Main Drive Motor 的電源電路。 關(guān)閉電源， 檢查以下項(xiàng)目。 · Main Drive Motor J202 到 ESS/MCU PWB J403 之間電線的斷線、短路或接觸不良。 · 驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪的磨損、 或 Bearing 卡住。 · 對(duì) Main Drive Motor 的負(fù)荷。 檢查后若無(wú)問(wèn)題， 則依序更換下列零件。 但在更換各個(gè)零件時(shí)應(yīng)確認(rèn)是否發(fā)生故障， 恢 復(fù)正常零件。 · Main Drive Motor (PL 3.1) · ESS/MCU PWB (PL 18.1) 按＜停止＞鍵，關(guān)閉電源。檢查 Main Drive Motor J202-8 到 ESS/MCU PWB J403-5 之間的電 線是否斷線、短路或接觸不良。 檢查后若無(wú)問(wèn)題，則依序更換下列零件。但在更換各個(gè)零件時(shí)應(yīng)確認(rèn)是否發(fā)生故障，恢復(fù)正常 零件。 · ESS/MCU PWB (PL 18.1) · Main Drive Motor (PL 3.1)
